Which is why at Elevate we never start by handing over a training programme, a diet or a list of exercises. That would be like prescribing a treatment without first genuinely understanding the person in front of you.
The Performance Assessment™ is the official way into Elevate: a one-to-one strategic consultation lasting 40 minutes, in which a certified Holistic Tutor examines your current state of Human Performance in depth, through a method developed by the Elevate team.
The aim is to understand how your body is genuinely carrying your lifestyle, and to identify the areas holding back your potential the most today.
This is not a questionnaire. It is a guided analysis, built to give you a clear picture of where you stand and to help you see where to act for the greatest improvement with the least effort.
How it works

You choose when: forty minutes with nothing to prepare and no test results to bring.

The guided analysis
Together with your Holistic Tutor you go through every pillar of Human Performance: energy, sleep, body, nutrition, stress, longevity.

Your picture
The system works out your Performance Score™ and Performance Potential™, and you receive the report with your roadmap of priorities.
